Summer Marketing: Digital Marketing With Social Squares

We know you're slammed in the summer and this post will show you how to digitally market with social squares! It's all about being visually appealing AND making your job easier. 

So your prospect or resident is scrolling through their social feed and what makes them STOP and check out your post? Not only does your post need to look good, it needs to be appealing to THEM. We invite you to take a few minutes to CAMP INSIDE THE MIND OF YOUR FOLLOWERS.

Dig deep and consider: What are their fears? What do they love and enjoy? What are they doing during their off-time? What are the brands they are following?

Take Away: Post about these things. Show them the things they love to see.

THE MAD LIBS APPROACH

The Mad Lib approach to digital marketing makes things much easier. You simply accompany your digital square with some interchangeable text. The best part is, they are re-useable so this saves you precious time! Here's what we mean:

__________ (restaurant) is our new favorite spot in __________ (city)! There is nothing better than __________ (dish)! What are you eating this weekend? (Insert hashtags)

 

If you regularly post about new restaurants, you can do a Mad Lib for local restaurants.  Other mad lib ideas: 

 

Need a date night idea for this Friday? __________(movie theater) is only __________ minutes away from our community. __________ (movie) is showing at __________(times) on Friday. 

We are gearing up for __________(event)! We don't know what we are more excited for - __________, __________ or __________. Place your vote in the comments below.
